These sample terms govern your use of Integra Image Group's website and services. This is a demonstration document and not legal advice.
Our service
We provide content-discovery, takedown, monitoring, and reputation-protection services. We act on your behalf and only with your authorization. We are a private service and not a law-enforcement agency.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are the person depicted, a legal guardian, or otherwise authorized.
- You agree to provide accurate information and lawful authorization to act for you.
- You will not use our service to target content you have no legal right to remove.
Fees and refunds
Pricing is described on our Services page. One-time cases that achieve no meaningful progress within 30 days are eligible for a refund of the case fee. Monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the billing period.
No guarantee of specific results
We pursue removals diligently and maintain a high success rate, but cannot guarantee that every host — particularly non-compliant overseas sites — will comply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the applicable service.
